Steve’s career spans more than +20 years with many of the world’s largest organizations. His experiences have crossed industries and functions, holding leadership roles in sales, strategy, marketing, and operations with Fortune 100 companies including P&G, Kraft Heinz, Walmart, Target, and Grainger. Over his career, Steve has had the opportunity to lead in a breadth of business environments, from start-up, to growth acceleration, to turn-arounds, which have all contributed to his leadership approach today. His signature strengths is in strategy design, execution, and personal development for business improvement.

Steve brings this wealth of knowledge to his clients, by leveraging his past experiences and partnering with today’s leaders to create plans that not only deliver immediate strong profit growth and team results, but can also be sustained over time. Steve’s passion and expertise lays with developing teams and talent to maximize performance. As an advocate for strong corporate culture, his focus goes above and beyond by also being an executive sponsor on many committees including diversity and inclusion, mental health, and university relations.

With a desire to learn and grow, Steve holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University; a Specialized Honours Degree in Marketing from York University; and a Six Sigma Certification from McGill University. Steve resides in the greater Toronto area with his wife Cathy and their teenage boys, William and Christopher. When not with his clients, he is usually found in arenas watching his children play hockey, or out of the home enjoying recreational activities with friends and family.
