After 4 years in marketing Pat opened his financial service firm in his home town of Oakville in 2005. In the early days, Pat focused on growing within the young family market and after 3 years, he sold his practice then transitioned into a Sales Management role with Sun Life Financial.

In 3 years, Pat doubled the size of the operation and was selected for the Regional Manager of Ontario. As Regional Manager, Pat was responsible for 500+ advisors and 50+ sales managers as direct reports. Following this role Pat moved into a Financial Centre Manager role to help Sun Life grow their Brampton operations. After 3.5 years of successful growth Pat had the urge to find a new challenge and started exploring areas of growth within financial services. This exploration led Pat to Finaeo.

Finaeo was a venture backed start up, digitizing the life insurance supply chain. Pat was head of Partnerships and focused on building supply and demand both in Canada and the U.S.

In 2020, Pat left Finaeo, to launch Generational Wealth Group. Pat works with successful Canadian families and business owners to strategically protect and grow what they have built today and plan for the successful transition of wealth to the next generation and beyond.

Pat, is married with 2 young kids. He loves all things outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
