Daryl Ching, CFA has over ten years of experience in investment banking, primarily at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Ching originated and structured multi-billion dollar transactions for Fortune 500 companies in various asset classes. From RBC, he moved to smaller investment banks where he started to work on $3-10 million Series A equity financing transactions with clients that were approaching sophisticated institutional investors for the very first time. After the 2008 financial crisis, Mr. Ching launched a consulting firm where he continued doing investment banking but he also took on executive roles in finance, compliance and operations for small businesses that were raising growth capital and were deploying an M&A growth strategy. He went on to expand his services to include full service accounting and fractional CFO services. Mr. Ching has been well-recognized as an expert in structured finance, making numerous appearances on the Business News Network and has been quoted in major newspapers and magazines across Canada. Daryl completed the Honors Economics Program at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder. He also served on the investment committee of Maple Leaf Angels for almost two years.
