Ben is a sole practitioner supporting individuals, families and small businesses with purchasing, selling, leasing and financing all types of real estate, and trouble shooting issues that arise between transactions. With a focus on service, Ben deals directly with clients and gets involved early to help support his clients’ team of advisors.

Ben founded BSF Legal Services as a mobile and remote law office in 2014, making it easy and comfortable for people and small businesses to access routine legal services on their terms. In addition to real estate services, Ben also offers estate planning and will preparation, as well as corporate and commercial services for small businesses.

Ben lives in Stoney Creek with his wife, 3 young children, and dogs. In his spare time Ben can be found puttering in his garden or out enjoying nature with his family. His personal interests include outdoor activities, science fiction, and politics.
