Offering over 20 years experience in Human Resources Management and almost 10 years in consulting, I’ve worked in many industries including Financial, Professional Services, High Tech, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Employment Services. I have experience in both small industry and large international matrix environments. My clients range from HVAC Contractors, Not-for-Profit, Retail, and Private Education, to Property Management, IT Managed Services, and Manufacturing.
I have a reputation for my ability to link business strategy to human resources requirements. I consider myself a sound project manager with strengths in employee relations, performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, compliance, employee engagement and development, and compensation.
My achievements include:
I hold an Honours BA in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Waterloo and have successfully completed the post-diploma Human Resources Certificate program at Sheridan College. I’ve earned my Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations, and am a Certified Personal Profile Analyst (PPA) through Thomas International Inc. I am a proud member of the Peel Chapter, HRPA having sat on their Board of Directors for 5 years. I currently volunteer for Springboard, a not-for-profit organization that builds stronger communities by helping at risk and vulnerable youth and adults through critical transitions in their lives with a focus on community justice, employment and developmental disability services.
When not working, I enjoy cottaging with my family and sipping wine with good friends.
