I first retained Robbinex Inc. to perform a Phase One Business Analysis in the spring of 1997. My business was strong and going through significant technological changes, and I decided not to sell at that time. Throughout the years, the Robbinex Inc. team remained in contact and provided wonderful support on a number of issues for me including tax and estate planning, dealing with some partnership issues, and various financing issues.
