Rick began working with Robbinex Inc. in 2009 as part of the market development team.

Before graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Rick worked in sales for 3M in the Business Communications Division in London and Toronto. Shortly after, he worked in management for Eatons Catalogue Distribution Centre, in Toronto, then headed to Edmonton, working in various socio-economic research positions at the University for several years.

He owned and operated a three branch retail food operation for ten years and then moved into a partnership distributing pharmaceutical raw materials across Canada. Since 1987 he has been a commercial realtor in London where he is now the broker owner of London Commercial Realty Inc. providing real estate and business solutions to clients in need.

He has held many positions in the volunteer sector and is the past president or past chair of the following organizations:

1. The Urban League of London
2. The London & St. Thomas Association of REALTORS
3. The South London Community Organization
4. The London Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada
5. The Ontario Commercial Council, Ontario Real Estate Association
6. The “W” Club, men’s athletic alumni, UWO
7. Unity Project for Relief of Homelessness in London

Rick served as the elected Ontario representative to the National Commercial Council of the Canadian Real Estate Association as well as Commercial Director on the Ontario Real Estate Association’s board of directors.

In 2003 Rick was included in the London Mayor’s Honour List for his work in Housing.
