Lee Ann Gadilauskas, Director, is responsible for business development and overseeing administrative functions for Robbinex of the Pacific Northwest, LLC, and PragmaVentures, Inc.

She is a trained Business Valuation Specialist and performs appraisals for business sales and other uses. She is a member of The Institute of Business Appraisers.

Lee Ann is also the President of Tech Write, Inc., a technical writing and consulting firm she founded in 1999. As a consultant, she has specialized in technical and grant writing, special needs transportation, research, needs assessment, analysis, and strategic planning.

Lee Ann has an extensive history with government-funded programs and non-profit agencies, and with federal, state, foundation and corporate grants. She was employed for over 11 years with an Oregon county community mental health program and was the Health Care Services Manager responsible for administrative, fiscal, and housing functions, with oversight of a $34 million budget. Prior to her employment with the County, she worked nine years for RCE/GE, and spent her last year marketing education and training programs nationwide. Lee Ann has over 25 years experience in management.

She is an active member of Lake Oswego Rotary and has served as a volunteer for Loaves and Fishes on the Resource Development Committee.
