We endeavour to constantly define and improve the Robbinex Three-Phase Selling Process©, to clearly understand the ever-changing needs and requirements of our clients, and to develop a quality management system for assisting those clients in achieving their goals.

Through adherence to, and improvement of, our Quality Management System, we continuously strive to be leaders in our industry, providing value added services in mergers and acquisitions, and managing with integrity the sale of privately held, mid-sized businesses to qualified buyers, guided by the core values of trust, regard for confidentiality and respect for people.

Quality objectives are established throughout the Robbinex Three-Phase Selling Process©, and Management is committed to reviewing the effectiveness and suitability of quality objectives, and of the Quality Management System at least semi-annually.
