
Mark holds a Honors Bachelor Specialization (double major equivalency) in Political Science from the University of Ottawa where his focus primarily revolved around international affairs and political economy. During his studies, Mark also completed work/study programs in both Europe and Asia, interned in the House of Commons, and was the President of his Fraternity.
Professionally, Mark has worked in the Research, Regulations and Analysis directorate of the Canadian Transportation Agency, a quasi judicial tribunal regulating Federal transportation networks. More specifically, Mark was entrusted with the macro level analysis of government policy effectiveness as it related to universal access.
