He also provides regular columns for numerous business publications. Since 1974, Doug has been a committed promoter of excellence in the Mergers and Acquisitions field, and has attended more than 38 major conferences as a keynote speaker and workshop leader, including:

Doug’s past experiences include working as an electrician, a sales representative for Bell Canada, and as the Ontario Franchise Manager with A & W Foods. Doug is an active volunteer in the community both founding and serving on several boards. His activities have included involvement with the local Chambers of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, Newspapers, local Colleges, and Business Improvement Associations.
