Crisis Management is just another word for consulting, except that the client has let things go too long before dealing with the problem(s).
Usually at this stage, the business is days or weeks from closing and drastic action is required in order to save it. Oftentimes, the medicine to bring a sick business back to health is bitter sweet, and many people do not want to accept the responsibility. Sometimes they simply walk from a business and other times they continue to invest the family’s assets into a sinkhole.
