Keeping our customers’ information and affairs in strict confidence is a Robbinex commitment.

As the range of products and services we offer our customers continues to expand, and the technology we use continues to change, we’ll always keep your need for privacy and confidentiality foremost in our mind.

The policies and procedures that we practice in order to protect your privacy are in place in all Robbinex offices.

Protecting your privacy and maintaining your confidentiality means:

• All the information related to your business is kept in the strictest confidence;
  
• Your information (including the name and address of your business) is never sold or made available to any other firms;
  
• You have control over how we use the information we have about your business;
  
• We respect your privacy when we market our own products and services;
  
• Our computer security specialists have built security into our computer systems and firewalls have been established to dissuade hackers and to filter viruses;
  
• Each employee must sign a confidentiality agreement acknowledging that maintaining client confidentiality is a condition of employment with Robbinex Inc.;
  
• We have carefully developed de-identified marketing programs to sell our clients’ businesses; and
  
• All purchasers are screened and must sign confidentiality agreements.
  
• Our offices are secured, alarmed, and all suppliers must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
