In the fall of 2001, Robbinex opened its doors and bared its soul for an ISO audit. Certech Registration Inc., an ANSI-RAB accredited audit firm, closely examined Robbinex personnel, policies, procedures, and real-life practices, for compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.

This compliance indicates that levels of management control, contract fulfillment, and demonstrated continual enhancement, are sufficient to ensure ongoing and improving client satisfaction.

To put it simply, this means:
